Are my dats safe?
You can rely on it. Your data is stored on a secure server in Germany, is only saved for this one purpose and is not passed on. Only the company or the organization has access to it. The data will be deleted after a period of 3, 4 or 6 weeks (depending on the federal state) if the health department does not request the release of the data in the context of the corona pandemic. Passing the data to a third parties by the company or organization is prohibited by law.
How should I enter my data?
Ihr Betrieb hat sich dafür entschieden eine Webanwendung namens 2FDZ – Fit Your service provider has decided to use a web application called 2FDZ – Fit for the future. This works very simply. You scan the displayed QR code and fill out the form that is displayed to you. Check-in is done.
Which costs arise?
The 2FDZ application is free of charge for you as a customer / visitor.
How is it recorded when I leave the company?
To check out, simply scan the QR code on the inside of the exit door.
Will my data be used to create personalized advertising?
No. This is officially prohibited. Neither the restaurateurs, hairdressers, etc. nor we at 2FDZ have the right to do so. The data is collected exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR in conjunction with the Corona regulation of the respective federal state.
Why are cookies used?
2FDZ sets two cookies – one so that we can recognize your device when you leave the company. Another so that you can be recorded again on repeated visits. A cookie is valid for less than a day. The other 14 day cookie. This longer running time is mainly for regular guests, for example from lunch canteens, who are often visited at least once a week.
One more word
Remember: the company did not come up with the collection of your contact details; you have been obliged to do so by the state government. By registering online, we try to reduce the workload during this difficult time.
At the same time, we all avoid a lot of paper with it.
